Hi, my dear friends:
Wish you a good day! Today I will introduce you the Chuanchuanxiang , which is a kind of spicy hot snack in China, somewhat like hot pot. We chose a very famous snack bar . The name is XiaoJungan . Hearing the introduction from my friends and boss ,it has the authentic franchise. Since it's so good, let's have a taste!

题外话：我到这个县城不到半年，除了认识 @mrspointm以外，这三位就是在这个城市认识到的很聊得来的朋友啦，~~虽然最小的都一位比我小五岁，我也依然很年轻的~~，依旧无法阻止我们成为好盆友~

这段时间，由于大家都在忙着各种检查的事情，不是在加班中就是在加班的途中，以至于我们几个近一个月都没怎么聚一块。今天好不容易大家说好一块聚餐，四人吃货小分队扫街模式正式开始……

        经过讨论，我们一致决定去这家闻名已久的串串香尝尝。店名叫小月君肝串串香（  “月君”，该字是方言用字，拼音：jūn 。四川方言，指鸡、鹅、鸭的胃。见《汉语方言大词典》5684页）。
        估计四川人都晓得这个店，最近两三年开始火爆起来，开了很多家分店，据说最早是从成都钢管厂发展起来的。就连我们这个小县城也开了四家，但是听老板讲，只有他们自己这家是正宗的加盟店，敢打钢管厂的旗号。既然说的这么好，那么我们还是来尝尝味道吧。

        The first feeling to the shop is that it has a thriving business. And secondly, the decoration is intresting .But the space is a bit narrow, everywhere crowded.

        一进店，第一感觉就是生意也太好了嘛，其次就是装修还不错，只是空间有点狭小，到处都挺拥挤的。

        We ordered the two-flavor hot pot. Red soup looks very delicious, which has a lot of dried peppers.
        我们点的是鸳鸯锅，已经被朋友吐槽是不是四川人o(╯□╰)o，~~好吧，我承认不得不服老了，~~吃了辛辣的再来点清汤蔬菜还可以保护下胃。红汤锅底上都是花椒，看着就有食欲。

        Start cooking! Meat in red soup, and vegetable in clear soup.
        开始煮菜啦，荤菜煮红汤，蔬菜煮清汤，美味又营养，哈哈~

        I must introduce its’ Dipping sauce, it has two kinds, dry dish and oil dish. We ordered both of them. The dry dish is tailor-made. Chili Powder with peanuts is especially fragrant. The oil dish is made by yourself.
        必须要重点说下他们家的蘸碟，分了干碟和油碟，我们两样都点了，干碟是他们家的特制的，辣椒面里面配上花生面，特别香，油碟则是自己到自助调料区配，估计我们技术有限，都觉得还是干碟好吃。左为干碟，右边是我自己配的油碟。

After cooking thoroughly,we begin to eat. Let’s cheer for our friendship! The cups have the sense of the times and remind me of the drinking glasses I used in kindergarten.

煮熟可以开吃啦，吃之前，我们还是来碰个杯吧，这个酒杯让我想起我幼儿园时候用的杯子了。

The dishes are also very distinctive. This funny girl ask the boss to give her two dishes with sign.

盘子也很有特色，这个妹纸非要老板送她两个，还让老板在上面签字，最终没找到马克笔才作罢。

Finally we turned a 10 percent off. Although it is an encouragement award, we are satisfied with it!

老板很会做生意，设置了个幸运大转盘，我们转了个9折，算是鼓励奖，也还是很不错啦！O(∩_∩)O

        After a full meal, we rested for a while and moved to another place for food. The specialty of this grill is grilled fish slices. The fillets are thin and tender. They are delicious.

        大快朵颐以后，小分队稍作休息之后又转战到其他地方开吃。这家烧烤店也是小伙伴带我来的，~~有本地人带路就是好~~凭良心讲，烧烤没有我们乐山的好吃，但是这个烤鱼片却是他们家的特色，是将鱼切成很薄的鱼片，放些调料腌制后再烤，第一次吃，味道不错。

Nice lemon juice!/一人来一杯超级杯解渴，咕嘟咕嘟~

后记：到最好，我们每个人肚子都胀得鼓囊囊的回家，估计又得胖几斤♪(^∇^*)~也很久没如此开怀畅饮，来到这座城市能遇上这么几个志同道合的朋友，闲暇时邀上小酌几杯，实乃人生之幸事！
