针对【大同市人民政府关于大同市古城西北隅文化旅游配套项目二期工程房屋征收公告】通告，征收工程涉及的征收范围，所进行的社会稳定风险评估，我们--号楼--单元，现有业主不同意拆迁，同时政府的这份社会稳定风险评估程序违法，理由:2017年9月已开始拆迁，2018年9月才做社会稳定风险评估，这显然违背中央有关拆迁的大政策和有关拆迁法规，所以我们不同意拆迁!!!
