That is really interesting! I somehow experienced the same, but it wasn´t a practice though. I was about to `wake up´, couldn't move my body and my consciousness was still awake. I immediately told my cousins about it, googled it and was relieved that I wasn´t the only one who experienced this situation. Probably gonna post about it too
It's more common than you think. Go ahead and write about it. It might bring others out of the woodwork too.
