i wish i had access to fresh here in Dalian China. But the supplements do have a positive effect i can't miss.
I can only get it as supplement from the health food shop - costs a fortune here in Egypt, as its an import so I have to use it sparingly, but won't do with out it..
What a pity. I would think Egypt would be the ideal climate for growing Spirulina outside.
