The Apex 2019 is the first Vivo 5G smartphone using a Qualcomm X50 5G modem. The gadget is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, has 256 GB of internal memory and 12 GB of RAM. For some reason, the company decided not to talk about the dual camera of the smartphone. There is no camera for selfies at all - the company wants "so that people focus on other conceptual innovations of Apex 2019"

One of the most important functions of Apex is an "extended" screen scanner of fingerprints (the same recently shown by Xiaomi), which occupies almost the entire area of the screen. When a user's finger approaches the display, the pixels at the intended point of contact are automatically highlighted. The fingerprint is scanned automatically when you click on the application icon. The screen also acts as a speaker.
