Which is not how my husband likes his burgers! His main gipe at UK hamburger joints is that they don't understand medium rare. That's all except Byrons, who seem to have it right. So will try your recommendation. Thank you.
Medium rare is exactly what my husband orders, lol! I do hope you manage to check out "The Blues Kitchen". :)
