Taking Kids to Swim - Best Family Bonding Activity 带孩子去学游泳 （含视频）
Swimming is a very good exercise. I take my kids to swimming pool on weekends and they love it. It is a small swimming pool and there are swimming lessons for young learners. Going to the swimming pool is one of the best family bonding activities and you get to play with your children together.
Please make sure your kids are being watched all the time, for safety purposes.
给孩子们报了一个游泳班, 每周六中午 12点到 12点半. 地址是: First Strokes Swimming Pool, Godmanchester, Huntingdon PE29 2AH.
费用是一节课 10英镑1小孩. 老大上的是3岁的那个班, 老二的是3岁以下的那个班. 泳池和休息室隔着玻璃 这样父母就能随时看着孩子. 孩子也不会因为见不到父母而伤心.
老大自己上 有老师会教
带着弟弟上课 其实就是玩水
老二不怕水 老大刚开始去的几节课就挺怕的, 我想应该是之前都几乎没有带老大(只记得一次)去游泳, 导致了怕水. 不过慢慢得就好了. 老二上的游泳课其实也就是玩水课, 小孩子和父母一起在水里做一些活动 唱一些儿歌 比划比划, 也可以算是一种亲子活动.
不管怎么样 孩子开心最重要了.更新: 后来觉得每周固定时间并没有灵活的来得好, 于是在一个学期课程结束后就选择了比较灵活的家庭游泳. 周末下午都有固定的时间适合家庭游泳 (Family Swimming Session), 费用是2大人2小孩子13英镑左右, 游泳时间是下午1点到5点. 时间较为灵活. 以下视频是由 GoPro 防水拍摄, YOUTUBE需要翻墙.

Its indeed a nice way to teach kids on how to swim at very young age. Once they will develop it, they will use it when they grow up as one way of their Exercise.
