
Four bowls qty. of water is boiled with small amount of Zanthoxylu, then add into with a bowl qty. of salt and a small amount of rose wine, immerse eggs in it for a month.
Then it can be cooked as usual eggs to serve.
自制咸蛋方法:
四碗水煮滾少量花椒, 加一碗鹽 及 少量 玫瑰露 酒, 放進雞蛋鴨蛋等浸一個月。
