没有薄脆和油条的自制煎饼果子

居住在蒙村,好多国内很平常的吃食,在这里成了奢望。最近特别想念以前常吃的煎饼果子。买不到,只能自己做啦。油条和薄脆都懒得做了,就做个简易版的吧。
材料:
小米面60克,绿豆淀粉60克,面粉140克,水,甜面酱,鸡蛋,薯片,榨菜。。。
做法:
小米面绿豆淀粉面粉混合,倒入水,混成稠稠的面糊,见图:

一勺面糊,摊平》

打个鸡蛋,弄碎

等到鸡蛋液稍微凝固,翻面,涂甜面酱,撒榨菜或者薯片,或者榨菜和树皮,或者什么都不撒,随自己喜欢,卷起,啃吧。
