Songshan Lake Scenic Area is a beautiful oasis in Dongguan, offering serene landscapes, lush greenery, and tranquil waters. It's a perfect getaway from the city's hustle and bustle, providing a refreshing and scenic environment.

📷 Best Photo Spots:

Leaning Tree by the Lake:

• Turn right 50 meters from the University Road entrance. You can capture beautiful reflections here! The leaning tree creates a picturesque scene with its branches gracefully touching the water.

Fishing Platform:

• Turn left and walk about 300 meters from the entrance, or navigate to Hongmeng Forest. It's a great spot for fishing and photos. The peaceful waters and surrounding greenery make it an idyllic location for relaxation.

Charlie Bridge:

• The most popular spot! The other side of the lake is Huawei's European Town, making it feel like you're in Europe when taking photos here. The bridge offers stunning views of the lake and the charming architecture of the town.

Big Lawn:

• My personal favorite! It feels like being by Erhai Lake in Dali—absolutely stunning. The vast expanse of green lawn against the backdrop of the lake creates a perfect spot for picnics and relaxation.

Lake View Point:

• Perfect for picnics! It's cool by the lake with amazing scenery. The view of the lake surrounded by lush vegetation is breathtaking, making it an excellent spot for unwinding.

Sunset Train:

• Location: Kangqiao Bus Stop 📍
• Get off the bus and you'll see it. The best viewing spot is nearby, resembling Europe with a sloped lawn you can walk down. Watching the sunset here is magical, with the train adding a nostalgic touch to the scene.

Water Train:

• Follow the sloped lawn down, cross the stream (there are stones to step on), and keep walking to find the water train spot. The gentle sound of the stream and the sight of the train on water make this spot enchanting.

Slope Train:

• After crossing the bridge, turn right and walk about 200 meters to reach the slope road, a great spot for photos close to the train. The slope provides a unique angle for capturing the train with the beautiful landscape in the background.

Clock Tower Train:

• Walk another 200 meters to see the clock tower and train, another fantastic photo spot. The combination of the clock tower and the train creates a charming, timeless atmosphere perfect for photography.
