初嘗泰國料理 First experience with Thailand food
最近被朋友強力推介 ,到了旺角花園街街市首次嘗試了泰國料理。
Strongly recommended by a friend, I visited Mong Kok Fai Yuen street wet market to try some Thailand food for thr first time
首先點了兩杯料理:菠蘿沙冰和咸檸7
First, we ordered some beverages including pineapple slush with freshly crushed pineaple and salted lemon 7-up
菠蘿沙冰十分不錯,每口都能嘗到菠蘿肉的材質。
The pineapple slush is wonderful, you can taste the texture and the delicious juice of the pineapple.
接着便是主菜:
Then , we order some main dishes
青咖哩煮豬肉,肉質十分嫩
Thai pork green curry, the pork is tender and tasty
豬肉,牛肉,雞肉串燒, 比較推介雞肉串燒
Skewered pork, beef and chicken, the skewered chicken is the best among them.
最後是我最愛的蝦醬飯,味道濃郁,便宜又大份。
Here come my favourite dishes- Fried rice with chinese sausage,egg and shrimp paste ! It is cheap in price but have a very rich taste.
