經過幾天的明查暗訪，終於知道這年度抽獎大笑話是由誰做

一個全城震撼的事，最終一如業內預測是笑話收場。過了幾天後，當知道是由誰去做這一個Project，大家更是「嗯。。。明了。」
做得好或做得差，有時與政治無關，做得好，兩邊陣營也讚；做得差，兩邊陣營也笑及罵。 以往也是這樣，但近半年很少很出有例子能突顯。
今次不一樣了，我的朋友當中，藍黃各佔一半左右，而今次的搞笑大抽獎，兩邊也拿來成為新年的重點笑柄。
到底，二百萬港元的系統項目值不值得？又或者近千萬的花費是否值得？
唉，我自己覺得，與其不想用錢來辦煙花匯演，也不要搞一場這樣的抽獎笑話。何不用來雪中送炭，支持一下本地小店或弱勢社群。
