Why do so many people spend their holidays in Mount Wudang?

Mount Wudang is also known as Wudang shan or simply Wudang, it is 312 square kilometers in size, lies in Shi Yan city Hu Bei province China.
From all the mountains in Hubei, Mount Wudang is the most famous one, so many tourists coming here everyday including many foreigners.
There is an airport in Shiyan city now, it is easier to come here now than before.

武当山又名武当，面积312平方公里，位于湖北省十堰市。
在湖北所有的山中，武当山是最著名的，每天都有很多游客来这里。
现在十堰已经有机场，来这里比以前容易多了。

Mount Wudang is famous for its Chinese traditional culture :Taoism, and for the
Taoist buildings. 36 of those buildings are still there, and they were mostly built during the Ming Dynasty which is more than 600 years old.

All these are the symbols of Chinese culture.

它以中国传统文化道教而闻名,其中36座道教建筑至今仍在那里，大部分建于明朝，有六百多年历史。这些都是中国文化的象征。

Why do so many people spend their holidays here?

The mainly reasons is that they want to see the pure beauty of nature and to remember the traditional Chinese culture.

It also reminds us that we should protect the environment and keep our culture and to make them last forever.
