黄瓜鸡蛋饼【CN区美食活动#4】— 个人厨艺
这是前些天自己摊饼的黄瓜鸡蛋饼。冰箱里正好剩有一根黄瓜，但是我一般不怎么吃生食，不舍得扔掉，突然想起了自己以前吃过的西葫芦鸡蛋饼，突发奇想就试着做了一下黄瓜鸡蛋饼。
黄瓜洗干净搽成丝，加入两个鸡蛋，面粉和水适量，盐等少许来调味，搅拌成糊状，稀稠度可以自己把握。热上平底锅，来点油，往锅里倒入调好的糊，等成型了再翻个面再煎一下就可以出锅开吃啦！方法是不是很简单呢，做西葫芦的也一样，等改天我就再触类旁通做个胡萝卜鸡蛋饼的黑暗料理看看是个什么味道！嘻嘻(#^.^#)
