LE BLE D'OR 金色三麦：A popular German Restaurant You Shouldn't Miss 【猜中手势送1sbd】

The most traditional German cuisine is sausage and beer, but many dishes and traditions have changed when carried over to China. From the roasted and crispy ham hock or "pork knuckle" to fried chicken, it has combined with long and rich traditional Chinese food tastes. Now it is my most-loved food, though its price is relatively high. And the restaurant we visited is LE BLE D'OR, the same as the one where the Taiwan Steemit Meetup takes place hosted by @catwomanteresa. It is a well-known restaurant in Suzhou. I really appreciate the vigorous, well-prepared, well served foods there. We ordered many dishes which are only typical to specific German regions.

大家都应该知道，最传统的德国美食是香肠和啤酒，但许多菜肴和传统在转移到中国后口味发生了变化。从德国猪手到德国乡村，都融合了悠久而浓郁的中国传统美食口味。现在德国猪手堪称我的最爱了，虽然它的价格相对较高。而我们约吃的餐厅是金色三麦，跟@catwomanteresa举办的台湾Steemit聚会一个地方。这家餐厅在苏州的知名度挺高的。我我们点了很多很多肉肉肉。

Our supper is based heavily on meat, including pork, beef, chicken, or veal. Salmon fish and seafood are extremely popular here. And you could find pork knuckle, French fries, sausage, fried chicken and Shrimp cake we ordered for dinner. We @hannahwu @veronicazhu and @sunnyjolly could eat a lot while keep slim.

我们的晚餐点了很多肉类，包括猪肉，鸡肉或小牛肉。三文鱼和海鲜在这里也非常受欢迎。我们点的最大份的是猪肘，炸薯条，香肠，炸鸡和虾饼的拼盘。我们三 @hannahwu @veronicazhu和@sunnyjolly真的是爱吃又不胖啊。

Beer is an important part of German dining, particularly at lunch and supper in China. When I was traveling in German, I saw many people drinking beer and eating bread at the park in early morning. No one in China drinks beer at their breakfast. That is quite unique and different to me. The alcohol content of German beer generally hovers around 5%. I didn’t feel drunk after drinking a lot.

啤酒是德国餐饮的重要组成部分，特别是在中国的午餐和晚餐。当我在法兰克福旅行的时候，我看到很多德国人一大早坐在公园里喝啤酒吃面包。中国没有人在早餐时喝啤酒。这对我来说非常独特和不同。德国啤酒的酒精含量一般在5％左右，我们三个女汉子喝了很多很多后，都没有醉的感觉。

In China, it can be difficult to find authentic German food. But I have to admit that the food here is hearty and flavorful.

意面，里面有大虾，鱿鱼跟贝壳类的海鲜。

Seafood salad. It’s a healthful salad of salmon with chopped beets and onions. We enjoyed its beautiful acidity and freshness.

海鲜沙拉，因为吃了太多的肉肉，来一份健康的三文鱼沙拉减少罪恶感。
