沒有電腦在手，只好在手機上寫 POST 呢！在日本眾多美食當中，炸豬扒是其中一種很難在海外做得好的菜色。拉麵還可以「移植海外」，但炸豬扒無論在肉的質素或炸豬扒的技術方面，都必須要有上乘的功夫，所以近年在狂吃，ロース和ヒレ比較愛吃前者，因為多點肥脂。真心的說，好吃的炸豬扒真的令人會感動到哭。😭😭😭
我希望快點可以坐定定慢慢寫好每一篇好味食店的記錄。❤️❤️❤️
