The target restaurant of date is located in Shinsen that is near Shibuya around 10 minutes walk only. It is a popular restaurant that guests were always gueuing up during lunch time. The japanese name of the restaurant is called キッチン ハセガワ (Kitchen Hasegawa) that serves western style cuisine. ”Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!”
這天介紹的一間餐廳在神泉附近，神泉距離JR渋谷站步行十分鐘內可以到達，不算太遠的。她是一間排隊食店，名字是：キッチン ハセガワ 人氣算高的，午餐的時候需要排隊，食店主打漢堡扒，食材賣完就關店。「好不好吃？跟好孩子PHILIP 爆食下去！」

The restaurant was introduced by many famous celebrities including ARASHI, マツコ and pre-SMAP Katori Shingo. Those are super celebrities and TV program of Japan.

I arrived the restaurant around 13:00 pm. There were seven guests queuing up. The lunch set were inexpensive around 1000 Yen such as hamburger, fried shrimp etc. I selected the target dish: demi-glace hamburger lunch set for 980 Yen plus cheese as topping for 150 Yen. The set included salad, soup, rice and dessert. You can eat more rice for free as well.
那天穿過迂迴的小街，我在一點到達，前面有七人排隊，一邊排隊一邊看餐單，有漢堡扒和一些炸物西餐選擇，價格便宜，不到1000円！點了最多人選擇的「デミグラスハンバーグ」（demi-glace hamburger），另外加了芝士作 Toppingチーズ（150円），整個午餐包含沙律、湯、白飯和甜品，白飯添食不用加錢。

The chef handmade the burger after received the order. After I finished salad and soup, the hamburger was served just in time!
料理人再接單之後會馬上手打漢堡料理。吃完沙律和喝完菜湯後，淋滿醬汁的漢堡扒就送上了。

I would say the hamburger was good but not the excellent. However, the sauce was pretty good! “demi-glace” is a French style cooking sauce of beef tendon, legs and bones. It was more outstanding than the burger!
雖然我覺得漢堡扒並不是超級好吃，但是那醬汁就很出色，餐單名字「demi-glace」是法文，是以牛筋, 牛腿, 牛骨和蔬菜長時間熬煮的醬汁，這個比漢堡扒更令人深刻！

The restaurant was claimed to be the best burger in Shibuya district. In my opinion, the taste was fine but not the excellent one. However, for 1000 Yen lunch includes burger steak, salad, soup, rice and dessert, it was a great deal for sure! There were still some guests queuing up while I left. So popular!
這間號稱涉谷區第一好吃的漢堡，個人認為味道來說水平OK，未達到最蛋系列，但是以1030円午餐來說，主菜連沙律、湯、白飯和甜品是非常超值！ 離開餐廳門外仍然有客人在排隊呢！
