It was raining day in Osaka. What I could do, was to find indoor activities. Temmangu shopping street was my choice. I would never get wet here! The target restaurant of the day was nearby and was founded in 1970’s! ”Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!”

這天大阪天陰有雨，選擇室內活動，去了南的天満宮商店街，這裡有瓦遮頭，完全不用擔心濕身呢！而這次選擇的目標食店，也是在附近。是一間七十年代創立的洋式老店。「好不好吃？跟好孩子PHILIP 爆食下去！」

The restaurant is near Temmangu Temple at the corner of the cross road. It looks outstanding as western style outlook on the street. The menu black board stand in front of the restaurant was covered since it was heavy rain.

餐廳在天滿宮寺旁，正好是十字街角，很有王道西餐廳風格，在和風日式商店的街道下份外顯眼！因為這天下着大雨，門外的菜單包著透明膠套，以粉筆寫上是日菜式在黑板招牌。

Although the restaurant was opened for over forty years, the environment was not old at all. On the contrary, it was clean and clear. It would be comfortable and relax to eat here no matter lunch, tea time or dinner. Today I had ordered the most famous dish of restaurant: Beef Burger with Egg lunch set (970 Yen). 「ビーフハンバーグ（玉子付き）970円」。

雖然是四十年老店，但是內裡一點也不殘舊，反而非常清潔整齊，即使在這裏吃下午茶也感到很舒適。這天點了食店菜式最著名的「ビーフハンバーグ（玉子付き）970円」。

The lunch set included corn soup, beef burger with egg, rice and salad. The first served corn soup looked dull without decoration, but, it was really sweet! The corn sand-like soup were really really delicious! I had to emphasize!

午餐有粟米湯、主菜半熟蛋配漢堡扒、白飯和沙津。首先送上的是粟米湯，看似平平無奇，事實上那超級鮮甜的粟米湯蓉很好很好喝！要說兩次啊！！！

At the same time, there was sound of “Pak Pak Pak” from open kitchen. The chef was making burger steak after ordered.After fifthteen minutes, the burger steak came! There was a half cooked egg on top. Once I cut it, the egg yulk moved down and covered the steak. I tasted a bite and found that it was something different from other restaurant! It put some softbone inside the burger just like the Japanese style chicken meat stick, with egg yulk as flavor.

同時間廚房傳來「啪啪啪」手打漢堡的聲音，這樣很確定漢堡扒肉是即點即打即煮呢！十多分鐘後，漢堡扒送到！在漢堡扒上是一隻半煎熟的雞蛋，未刺穿蛋黃前相機先吃！切開一拉，蛋黃汁流在漢堡肉內，吃了一口，發現這件漢堡扒跟以往的不同，因為她內藏軟骨，這個口感就像居酒屋的串燒免治軟骨雞肉棒一樣，以蛋黃汁蘸著吃也是相同吃法呢！

同时间厨房传来「啪啪啪」手打汉堡的声音，这样很确定汉堡扒肉是即点即打即煮呢！十多分钟后，汉堡扒送到！在汉堡扒上是一只半煎熟的鸡蛋，未刺穿蛋黄前相机先吃！切开一拉，蛋黄汁流在汉堡肉内，吃了一口，发现这件汉堡扒跟以往的不同，因为她内藏软骨，这个口感就像居酒屋的串烧免治软骨鸡肉棒一样，以蛋黄汁蘸着吃也是相同吃法呢！

Before I came to restaurant and did research on it, some guests mentioned that the burger sauce was excellent. Yes, I thought it was also good to mix the sauce with rice, not bad!

另外，在事前做資料蒐集的時候，很多食客說漢堡扒的醬汁デミグラソース是精髓，這個醬汁也是不錯，用來與白飯混合吃味道可以。

In overall, 970 Yen for the lunch set was good bargain! The corn soup was superb while the softbone burger tasted funny. I would recommend for those whom shop in Temmangu shopping street!

整體來說，970円 lunch set 很超值，粟米湯必定一試，軟骨漢堡扒口感新奇，與別不同！天滿商店街附近遊玩可以一試。
