I was reading in book store of Osaka in the afternoon. Suddenly I thought of “Chicken Soup” Ramen! Easy! Read the Ramen magazine there and go to the target restaurant then! Referring to thorough introduction of one chicken soup ramen house, I targeted the restaurant in Tsukamoto Station. Let’s go! Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!
這天下午在書店看書,心血來潮想吃一下,雞白湯底拉麵,就地取材從拉麵雜誌內,看到這間雞白湯拉麵店食材的由來,覺得這是一間認真料理的店,於是六點出發去吃!「好不好吃?跟好孩子PHILIP 爆食下去!」

Tsukamoto Station is closed to Osaka Station around 5 minutes route. It was my first time to go to Tsukamoto which is the residential area. It was good to explore some places that I never go.
食店在塚本,距離大阪站只要5分鐘車程,這是我第一次來到這個地方,畢竟這是住宅區,除了商店街這些基本配套之外,景點不多。不過有時走到住宅區去看一看新的事物也是很好的體驗。

The target ramen restaurant takes 5 minutes walk from JR station. I arrived early around 6:15 just after it opened. Once I entered the restaurant, the steam and aroma of chicken floating in the air!

There were three choices of ramen on the menu: Basic, Light and Strong. Also there were some side dishes such as rice. I ordered Basic Chicken Soup Ramen (790 Yen) and Pork Rice (350 Yen).
菜單上有三款拉麵可以選擇,分別主要是濃度及配菜的分別。這天點的是鶏白湯 BASIC 790 Yen / こぼれるチャーシュー丼 350 Yen。

According to the Ramen Magazine, it stated that the soup base was made by Nagoya コーチン (Top three of Chicken in Japan) and over ten types of vegetables. When I was sitting there and waiting for the ramen, I also found that the chicken feet were to be handled. Yes, chicken feet! In Hong Kong, there was dim sum called Phoenix Feet (鳳爪)! It may be kind of weird! Haha…
來這個目標食店之前,看到拉麵書上的介紹,據說湯底是以名古屋コーチン (日本三大名雞) 混合10多種野菜做湯底。來到還發現廚房有百多隻雞腳等待處理。日本人本身不會吃雞腳(鳳爪),她們來到香港看到酒樓的點心有鳳爪會覺得很「新奇」。我也許看慣了,所以對鳳爪沒有反感呢。嘻嘻⋯

The ramen and rice were served simultaneously. Wow! The bowls were full of meat! For meat on ramen bowl, they were pork from Italy and chicken from Tokushima according to magazine information. This time I tasted the meat first, but not the soup. Let’s see how it was!
拉麵和飯同一時間上枱!充滿著肉的碗子,這天我要大開殺戒早食肉獸了!拉麵那碗的肉分別是雞和豬叉燒,據雜誌資料指出豬肉是來自意大利;雞肉是來自日本德島生產的阿波雞。那麼這次我就一反常態,不喝湯先吃肉!
拉面和饭同一时间上台!充满着肉的碗子,这天我要大开杀戒早食肉兽了!拉面那碗的肉分别是鸡和猪叉烧,据杂志资料指出猪肉是来自意大利;鸡肉是来自日本德岛生产的阿波鸡。那么这次我就一反常态,不喝汤先吃肉!
The pork looked rare that was actually not. It was fully cooked by vacuum style that is so popular nowadays. The meat kept fresh and texture was still in good condition. The chicken was also fine. Overall the meat was not bad.
豬肉紅紅的看似是生肉其實不是,豚肉是近年拉麵街大行其道的真空處理慢煮法,能夠在豬肉肉質沒有破壞而保持新鮮,雞肉也算幼嫩,整體不錯。

It was time to drink soup! The soup was strong in taste with creamy bubbles. It was a little bit different from normal chicken soup. The taste was as strong as Tsukeemen. Added pepper, onions and bamboo shoots, the taste was even stronger. Since the soup was thick like dipping soup, it was easy to cover on the flat noodles in the bowl.
那麼是時候喝一口湯,湯汁濃郁帶點泡沫,跟平常吃的雞白湯略有有不同,濃厚及密度不說的話我以爲加了一點味噌呢。加上胡椒、洋蔥、竹筍一起混合,再加強了濃郁氣味,麵是平打麵,湯汁很黏像沾麵一樣輕易上麵。
那么是时候喝一口汤,汤汁浓郁带点泡沫,跟平常吃的鸡白汤略有有不同,浓厚及密度不说的话我以为加了一点味噌呢。加上胡椒、洋葱、竹笋一起混合,再加强了浓郁气味,面是平打面,汤汁很黏像沾面一样轻易上面。
For pork rice, the toppings were similar to ramen bowl. I liked the burned pork skin and the sweet rice. It was more delicious than ramen in my point of view!
「こぼれるチャーシュー丼」,叉燒飯上的配料看似和拉麵差不多,分別在加重了甜味,而叉燒也略為灼燒過,邊皮很惹味!我覺得這個比拉麵更好吃!

Finally I pour some chicken soup into the pork rice. Both of them matched well and you can see I finished all food. No doubt, it was delicious!
最後把剩餘的雞白湯加進飯內,把拉麵和叉燒飯的精華混合,看看兩個沒有食物剩餘的碗,就知道味道是不錯呢?

After dinner, I walked in Tsukamoto for a while and found that the rent and price of property were not expensive. You know, Hong Kong…

It was still early after the dinner. I went back to Osaka to shop for a while and saw these pixel art like socks. The printing were nice. I wondered I would wear it after buying it! Haha…
