In general, many people think that Ramen is mainly for male guests. However, there are some ramen restaurants that are very popular among female guests. This time I would like to introduce you a female guests targeted restaurant. Her ramen is green in color! So what is that made of and why is it liked by female guests?

The restaurant is located in Ikebukuro which is a competitive ramen shop area. It takes 6-8 minutes walk from the JR station. The outlook and decoration are mainly in green color. It has nice and modern design that match its green “story”. The Japanese famous Arashi and Nogizaka 46 programs also talked about it. ”Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!”

The most special characteristic of the restaurant is the Green noodle. It is made of Euglena which is seaweed containing 59 types of nutrients. It is rich in vitamins and dietary minerals that is popular in Japanese healthy product category.

最大特色就是她的自家製造的綠色麵條，麵條之所以是綠色是因為她以草履蟲藻 Euglena 製成，草履蟲藻蘊含富含維他命以及膳食礦物質，據食店介紹草履蟲藻內含有59種類的營養素，在日本健康食品中也揭起熱潮。

I ordered the famous dish: Green Salt Soup Grapefruit Foliage Ramenしおグリーン麺ゆずみつば950Yen, plus 100Yen egg. Other than the Euglena noodle stated above, the restaurant emphasized not using animal oil such as pig, chicken and beef. The soup is simply made by salt and fish, with grapefruit and some onions. That’s why it is so pure and fresh.

這天點的是食店招牌菜しおグリーン麺ゆずみつば（鹽綠色柚子三葉麵） 950Yen，加蛋 100Yen。除了上文提到的綠色的中細直麵條，食店為了健康和低卡路里，食店不使用豬、牛、雞動物油作湯底，以塩湯和魚介熬煮出來，強調不使用化學調味料，看看那清澈透明的鹽味湯底，加上香草三つ葉和柚子，配上極瘦的雞肉和豬肉，看看就知道有多清淡。

Overall, the soup was so pure and healthy. If you feel the taste was too light and pure, the restaurant provides homemade inorganic oil. Since the restaurant aims to serve healthy and light ramen, no doubt it becomes ramen ladies lovers choice.

總括而言，這個湯底是非常清爽的鹽湯，容易入口，如果覺得太清淡，食店也很貼心提供自家製香味油增加味道。在這個綠色自然感覺下的環境下吃拉麵，確實比其他拉麵別不同！
