This night I went to Shibuya near Bunkamura Tori Street. When I looked up, I found this restaurant with a funny name: “Adults’ Hamburger”! Well, can children or teenagers eat it? ”Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!”

這天來到渋谷購物心臟地帶往文化通方向那邊，有一間上樓的餐廳，食店我是無意中抬頭發現的，因為她的名字好有趣，「大人のハンバーグ」，大人的漢堡！「好不好吃？跟好孩子PHILIP 爆食下去！」

The location of the resturant is low profile that it is on the second floor beside of the street. After I finished the meal, I checked the hamburger was popular among the showbiz media. For example, the past AKB48 group captain post it on twitter. And on the date I ate, there were few female idol members and their manager eating the burger steak.

The restaurant is on the second floor with western style decoration. There are three sizes selection of “Adult’s Hamburger”: 130 gram (1480 Yen)/180 gram (1790 Yen)/260 gram (2400 Yen). Guest can select sauce among “Adult Sauce”, “Japanese Style”, “BBQ Sauce” and “Original Sauce”. The set includes cheese and egg.

There are three selling points for the “Adult’s Hamburger”. The first point is the panty made of 100% Black Cattle. The wagyu were fluent of juice and oil!

The second selling point is Lava Stone on the pan. Guests can heat and cook themselves. The burger steak can be kept warm and hot.

The third selling point is the egg. The egg “蘭王たまご” comes from Ōita Ken. The hen of “蘭王たまご” is not injected by antibiotic substance. It gives birth of intensive and heatlhy egg yolk.

第三是荷包蛋是大分縣的名蛋「蘭王たまご」，蘭王的生蛋黃跟一般的蛋一比便能知高下，蘭王的雞不會被打抗生素，而蛋黃是很有光澤的橙色，蛋汁很濃！

Overall, the wagyu burger steak and strong egg yolk matched well and delcious! If the restaurant can improve the air and smoke system, it would be good!

整體來說，漢堡肉和蛋汁很配合，溶岩石雖然不是什麼新鮮事，但是能讓黑毛和牛肉生熟程度自由調節也不錯，要改善的就是那個抽油煙的系統。
