After checking in the hostel, I went to Osu Kannon Station. There is shopping street that is the most popular one in Nagoya. You can eat and buy different things there. So how about the target restaurant? "Taste good or not? Let’s explode your stomach with Goodboy Philip!"
這晚在名古屋的目標食店位於大須觀音站附近，大須有著名的名古屋商店街，也算是很熱鬧的地方，大量餐廳、服裝、日常用品商店都在這裡。這次餐廳「好不好吃？跟好孩子PHILIP 爆食下去！」

The Targeted Restaurant “Baguyaburiko”, provides burger steak. It is the famous coffee shop珈琲ぶりこ related sister shop. The decoration of restaurant is simple but clean. The wood menu is very interesting that the words are fire marked. You can see the photo above.
目標食店 “ばーぐ屋ぶりこ”是一間主打吃漢堡扒的餐廳，是同區著名咖啡店 “珈琲ぶりこ” 的老闆開設。餐廳設計簡約，她的木製餐牌有特別，被火烙印式的刻上食物飲料價格，很有趣的。

The hamburger steak has three choices of sizes: 150g 230g and 300g. The guest can select toppings from menu according self interest. There are three sauces for the dish including Sesame Soy Sauce, Onion salt Sauce and Japanese Tomato Sauce.
餐廳主打漢堡扒，漢堡有三個份量選擇 150g 230g 和 300g；然後按個人選擇配菜，例如蕃茄、蛋等。自家製調味醬汁有三款選擇：芝麻醬油、蔥塩、和風蕃茄。

I had ordered “Avocado and thick cut fresh Tomato” at 230 gram, total (1300+300=1600Yen), Sesame Soy Sauce. The burger steak was so hot on the pan. I could see the sprouts moving on the pan! So hot!
這晚我點了「アボカド&厚切りフレッシュトマト」(牛油果拼厚切番茄漢堡扒)230g (1300+300=1600円)，芝麻醬油 （ごましょうゆ）作配汁。店員送來的漢堡扒放在鐵鍋上吱吱作響，芽菜還被熱力逼得「跳來跳去」呢。
这晚我点了「アボカド&厚切りフレッシュトマト」(牛油果拼厚切番茄汉堡扒)230g (1300+300=1600円)，芝麻酱油 （ごましょうゆ）作配汁。店员送来的汉堡扒放在铁锅上吱吱作响，芽菜还被热力逼得「跳来跳去」呢。
The dish looked healthy because there were many vegetables: Avocado, tomato, green beans, mushrooms, pumpkin, sprouts and potato. They were very fresh especially the sweet pumpkin and juicy tomato! The vegetables became the main actor while the burger steak was supporting actor in this case! Don’t forget the burger steak! Maybe the burger steak taste was not strong enough…That is my personal preference! I had added the sauce to make the taste stronger.
這個漢堡扒餐看起來比較健康，配菜很多蔬菜牛油果、蕃茄、青豆、菇、南瓜、芽菜、薯仔，都是健康的食材，非常新鮮，南瓜非常甜，蕃茄多汁，蔬菜真是比主角更搶鏡！漢堡扒突然變成配角了，或許我比較喜歡肉味濃烈的味道，只能靠食店芝麻醬油加重味道。
这个汉堡扒餐看起来比较健康，配菜很多蔬菜牛油果、蕃茄、青豆、菇、南瓜、芽菜、薯仔，都是健康的食材，非常新鲜，南瓜非常甜，蕃茄多汁，蔬菜真是比主角更抢镜！汉堡扒突然变成配角了，或许我比较喜欢肉味浓烈的味道，只能靠食店芝麻酱油加重味道。
Before I went to this target restaurant, I found that the chef frequently went to the farm and cultivate his own vegetables. Obviously he is serious on cooking. Although the burger steak taste wasn’t my favorite, the vegetables were excellent! That’s why I also write this restaurant in the recommended list.
我去這間食店前做資料搜集時，發現店主會自己到農田種植的蔬果，帶回食店料理，可見他對食材很有要求和認真。雖然它的漢堡味道不算合乎自己口味，但是蔬菜真的很不錯，所以也寫在爆食日本的其中一篇。

The shops in Osu shopping street closed sharply at 20:00 pm. The street became silent and I also went back to hostel to take rest. It was because I had important thing to do a day after. Hehe…
大須商店街到了八點就變得冷清，店舖全都關門了。我也回去旅館好好休息，因為明天有活動呢！嘻嘻…
