我是病态购物狂吗？ Am I shopping addiction?

有人喜欢window shopping，有人喜欢「早买早享受」丶有人喜欢用购物来奖励自己丶有人喜欢同款所有颜色全包，到底怎样才算是病态购物狂？以下七点或者可以帮到你分析。

Everyone shops differently. Some make list before shopping, some buy all color of one style, some regard shopping as a reward. But do you know if you are a shopping addict? Below 7 points may give you some hints on it.

• 我通常没有足够的金钱。I always don't have enough money.

你可能经常要借钱丶用信用卡付帐单丶没有什麽积蓄丶你很难突然掏钱出来应付紧急情况。你觉得自己永远买不起房子丶汽车或是蓝筹股票。

You always have to borrow money, you are always relying on a credit card to pay bills, you don't have savings, you can't pay cash for anything emergency. You think you will never afford a property, car or blue chip stock.

• 我会掩藏战利品或是为它说谎。 I hide or lie purchases.

你会降低战利品的实际价钱丶掩饰如何购物或故意将战利品掩藏於无人知道的位置。

You will down price of your purchases, tell a lie of how did you shop it or physically hide the purchases to somewhere else so no one could notice.

• 我会买一件已有的类似物件。 I buy a similar item that I already have.

你想把刚刚新买的裙子放进衣柜中，才发现原来已经有4-5，甚至6-8条类似的裙子，当中有些更是未剪牌。

You just brought a new dress and going to hang it in the wardrobe. You found that you already have 4-5, or even 6-8 similar untagged dresses.

• 有人关心你的购物习惯。 I have told that someone concerns my shopping habit.

当别人问起你的购物习惯丶如何理财的时候，你通常会觉得很不自在丶有点生气或羞愧。如你的朋友愿意给你理财意见，请你不要婉转，打开心聆听及尊重，因为他们只想关心你和尝试给予你一个新的建议。

It may feel you uncomfortable, angry or ashamed when someone is asking you how do you shop, how to do manage your financial etc. If they are strong enough to give your advice, please open up yourself and listen and respect because they care you and trying their best to guide you to the better path.

• 我不能不买东西！I have the sense of anxiety when I don't shop.

如果你不购物，你会感到好像在街上裸体丶出门忘了带手机丶在新环境迷路一样不安。你不能接受自己身在超市丶商场丶杂货店或是面包店但不能买东西。

The feel almost like you is naked in the street, leaving home without a phone, getting lost in a new place etc. You can't stand for not shopping in the supermarket, shopping mall, local grocery store, or even a bakery store.

• 我通常在不正常的情况下购物。 I shop out of a reaction or uncomfortable situation.

当你遇到不愉快的情况例如失败丶身体转变时，你会非常渴望购物。在这个情况下，购物可能成为你逃避问题的方法。

You find yourself shop because of some uncomfortable feeling like a failure, body change etc. Be aware of this sign would be a form of escapism.

• 我在购物时感到异常兴奋。 When I shop, I feel extremely exciting.

你在购物中通常都会感受到特别情绪高涨，有时或是焦虑。但是，这种感觉是短暂时，而过後你会容易感到失落。

You tend to experience a euphoric high or even anxiety when you are shopping. However, it is very short-lived and you may feel upset or depressed after it.
