You nailed all the things im looking for (all at same time) ~ Architecture, cheese, donuts.... wow i really envy your trip. Im personally impressed by the Cube houses, as an architect im amazed on buildings that i cant imagine to build or visualize, how do they even live there? I'll go check Airbnb, lol.
