Jimmy沙嗲醬,一定要配搭花生醬煉奶先可以創造出美味嘅食品.
It's the best to mix peanut butter, condensed milk and satay sauce together.
配搭嘅份量係:3:3:1, 即係三茶匙沙嗲醬陪三茶匙花生醬再配一份煉奶.
Ratio: 3 - 3 - 1 3tps of satay sauce with 3tps of peanut butter and 1 tsp of condensed milk
愛食辣嘅朋友,可以多加一點沙嗲醬
Adding more satay if you like spicy
先將麵條浸水, 備用
put noodle into water
將肉片解凍, 備用
de-frozen the beef from refrigerator
將麵條加熱, 加少許鹽,少許麻油,攪勻
Adding dash of salts, sesame oil and cook slowly
大火加熱五分鐘
high fire cook for 5mins for best result
將麵條隔水,備用
dry the noodle, let it cooling down
湯底製作,用出名嘅上雞湯粉.兩碗水慢火煮
make the soup base, 2 bowls of water, and slowly cook for 6-8 mins

將沙嗲醬底加熱,慢火煮
reheating the satay base
直至煮到沙嗲醬有細泡,熄火,然後再加入瘦肉
cook for 3-4mins in high fire, and then adding the beef.
沙嗲醬牛肉汁底完成,備用
Everything is ready.
麵條中,加炒蛋,增加口感
Stir fire the noodle with egg.
上碟
