教你亲手制作纯手工轻复古苗绣牛皮风琴包（附制作过程哦） How to make a Miao Embroidery leather bag. Photos record the production process.

第一次为我的手工包包po个比较详细的制作过程。最近完成的苗绣风琴包我个人还是比较满意的呢～苗绣出自苗寨的老阿姨之手，一针一线纯手工。而包包也是手工制作哦，一针一崭都由我亲手完成。牛皮选用头层植鞣革（是牛皮不是革哦），基本没有瑕疵也没有生长纹。以下的图片基本还原制作过程，但因为过程比较复杂还是有一些步骤没有记录在内。

———制作过程—————The process———

首先需要依照版型图纸裁出所需要的皮料。这里没有详细记录我画包包版型图纸的过程，包包尺寸也暂时省略不作详解。

First you need to type in accordance with the version of the drawings needed to cut out leather.There is no detailed record version to the process of drawing, The size also omit.

皮料裁切完成后，需要给皮料染色。因为苗绣是蓝色、绿色系，所以我决定包包整体颜色也以蓝色为主。当然，如果你喜欢其他配色，也可以大胆尝试。起初我想要调出雾霾蓝，结果颜色太淡并不好调色，尝试了几种配色方案，最终选择了自己觉得最漂亮的蓝色。配色方案也一并省略。

After completion of leather cutting, need for leather dyeing.Because this piece of Miao Embroidery is blue mix green, so I decided to use color blue as the bag's overall color .Of course, if you like other colors, you can also to try. After tried several color schemes, finally I chose the best one.

按照选定的配色方案的比例调配中适量染色剂，至于这个量根据包包尺寸不同每次都要调整，这个包包是需要通体正反面染色（除去包盖有缝合的部分不需要染色）所以调配的量比较大。颜色搅拌后给皮料均匀染色。这里需要注意，皮料肉面（粗糙面）同样需要均匀染色，而且染色后的处理步骤与皮面（光滑面）一致，在如下过程中只讲述皮料皮面的处理。

反复涂染皮料至颜色均匀后，稍稍晾干。用马油均匀擦拭皮料。这一步的意义在于，防止皮料因为染色过程中酒精染料的作用使水分流失导致皮料油脂度降低而变得坚硬。这里要注意，马油在低温环境下会凝结成白色半固体，使用马油前需要温水加热直到马油恢复透明油状液体状态。

等待皮料上的马油吸收后，把皮料平铺并用书本或词典等重物按压，直至皮料晾干。这个过程大概需要半天至一天的时间。晾干后的皮料，我们需要用皮料放染剂擦拭，擦拭并晾干后用手触摸皮料就不会被染色到手指上了。

放染剂处理后的皮料表面需要擦拭貂油处理，增加皮料油脂度，同时也不容易留下水渍污渍。而后，包包各部分贴合、缝合前，需要考虑到哪些边边是一旦缝合就不能再进行处理的，我们需要事先给边边打磨、抛光——这个过程叫做封边。以下第一图是封边需要的工具，第二图是已封边与未封边的效果对比，第三图是封边完成。

给所有皮料肉面（粗糙面）涂抹床面处理剂，这里我使用的是CMC。这一步操作可以是肉面更光滑。涂抹完成后晾干即可。

To all the leather surface of meat (rough surface) daub bed surface treatment agent, here I use is CMC.This step can be meat surface more smooth operation.Daub after dry can.

接下来的一步非常重要。因为苗绣是缝合在包盖上，所以我在处理完成大部分皮料之后专心处理这一部分。余下的小小部件，比如背带耳等也一起处理。这个过程中，需要严格丈量苗绣尺寸并在包盖皮料上挖空相应的尺寸，切忌不能过大，否则你将浪费一大块皮料。

The next step is very important.Because MiaoXiu cover is stitched in the package, so I concentrate on the after processing is completed most of the leather part.The rest of the small parts, such as straps ears also deal with together.The process, must strict measurement MiaoXiu size and in the package cover leather hollowed out corresponding size, avoid by all means is too much, otherwise you will waste a large piece of leather.

接下来，在相应位置划线及打孔，缝合各部分。原谅我这个过程太复杂也太专注，没有详细记录下每一步。这里重点强调，在动手打崭之前，需要你预先理好每个部分的贴合顺序及关系。如果有一块皮料处理不当，就需要裁切新的皮料重新经历染色、擦马油、防染等复杂的过程。这个惨痛的教训在下图中有，那突兀的白白的一小块，就是需要重新处理的皮料。

经过以上工艺处理与制作，包包终于完成。我写得好累，原谅我偷懒了。附图，包包的各角度近照。
