SCOT将于5月7日正式上线
前几天发帖介绍过SMTs的替代品SCOT，将在5月份上线~
现在正式上线日期定下来了，将于美东时间5月7日晚上8点上线
SCOT上线后，通过steem-engine创建的代币将可以转换成SCOT
具体流程是：
- 通过steem-engine创建代币
- 注册ScotBot
- 设定ScotBot（设定unstack的周期，帖子结算时间等设定）
- 分发代币
如果你设置好ScotBot后，发现这个设定不合适，可以随时改变设定。
成功创建并设置好代币后，用户可以使用设定的标签通过steemit/busy/steempeak等发帖，帖子如果被拥有代币的人点赞，帖子结算后将会获得其代币。
但是使用SCOT的费用稍微有点儿贵，1000 ENG（相当于1000 STEEM）注册ScotBot，然后每个月按照活跃用户的数量收取每个用户1 ENG。（这里有个投机的机会，目前ENG价格在0.53 STEEM，SCOT推出后将会把价格推上1 STEEM）
