下午带孩子们游泳回来，孩子们好饿，说想吃西式快餐。在我们这里的西式快餐有肯德基、麦当劳、必胜客，可能还有些我知道的。一般情况下我很少给孩子吃这些，因为我觉得油炸的高热量食物还是少吃的为好。晚上在一位朋友的推荐下我们来到了名叫AYSH的西式快餐店，这是一家连锁快餐店。这里的薯条、炸鸡比肯德基、麦当劳的要好吃，店里的其它食物也很不错，孩子很喜欢吃！都是高热量的美味食物，减肥要忍住了！
