你能吃辣吗?你喜欢吃小龙虾吗?在夏天里,麻辣口味的小龙虾在我们这儿是非常受欢迎的,饭店里人们吃小龙虾的火爆场面是无法用言语形容的。我们到菜市场买的小龙虾绝大部分都是人工养殖的,很少有野生的。今天早上朋友从外地带回一些野生的小龙虾给我,野生的比人工养殖的小龙虾个头要小,外表颜色上也没有那么红,但是口味上应该会更好些!我很少在家里自已做小龙虾吃,一般都是到外面的饭馆点一大盆和家人一起慢慢享用。这次朋友送上门来,当然要好好烧给家人吃了!
首先把小龙虾洗干净(小心龙虾的钳子夹手),用剪刀去掉头部,再用水冲干净,然后放一边沥干水。第二步,锅里烧油,放入小龙虾爆炒,再加入辣椒、大蒜、料酒闷煮会儿。闷煮10分钟左右就可以了。我做的红烧小龙虾没有加入很多佐料,原汁原味,口感还是很不错的。你也可以试试自已做给家人吃,感觉很棒的!
