Chinese Traditional Disappearing Artifact- Carving Art

in #cn8 years ago (edited)

Hi steemian,it feel good to be back on steemit today. Today I am going to show you something I've been passionate about these days, carving. While I was carving on a plastic board,I'll use different sizes of carving tools for different corners and weight of lines. Rose will be my guest today, now let's find out the magic within the carving art.

final result, you could put more oil on it if you want,or even change oil to red to get different result if you like.

It's simple to start carving, all you need is a carving tool(cost around 10$ on ebay),a flat surface and your patience. Centuries ago,our ancestors started caving on different surfaces as a way to record their daily activities. I feel a bit disappointed when this piece of art is going away, now we could get it back. Find something you like and start with simple shapes, you will find it's has its own magic
