[滬尾遊] 知名炒羊肉
據說這一間炒羊肉，是淡水非常知名的隱藏版美食，我們慕名而來。
用餐時間還沒到，店內已高朋滿座。我們運氣不錯，剛好有一桌結帳離開。牆壁上寫著非常簡單的菜單：沙茶羊肉140元，白飯15元，清湯自取。
酷，餐點越單純的店，通常就是越厲害的，只要靠一道料理就可以撐起一間店。我們兩大一小，點了兩盤沙茶羊肉，一辣一不辣，三碗白飯。
偷偷拍到老闆料理台：除了羊肉，就是旁邊的空心菜。一盤接著一盤炒，手不停鏟～～
羊肉上桌了！（抱歉沒對焦好，有點模糊）看看這滿滿的羊肉鋪在一大堆炒空心菜之上....
撥開層層的肉給你看看下面的蔡，滿滿的一大盤～～完全可以兩人吃一盤哪！
白飯非常大碗。清湯是海帶湯。
大火快炒的東西實在是好吃，要不是有點太油（沙茶醬比較油一點），我們應該可以三碗飯都吃掉的～（TT飯量其實也不小）
我感覺這裡應該都是在地的學生或居民來吃的，觀光客不多。我最喜歡到這種店用餐了～～^^
