I'm potentially interested if it's more than a simple meetup.
I've created several BSIPs & am interested in sharedrop theory, algorithm based assets, proof of research (see Gridcoin), Data Science & Google Assistant.
This one in January is more like a meetup, it's called PreDEVCON and focuses mainly on Chinese community though anyone is welcomed. We are also preparing for a bigger one, which is more international and possibly in April or May, so that you have plenty of time for visa etc..
