饭后多长时间运动最减肥?

一般来说:饭后不适合立马远动的,这种行为很容易伤害到你的肠胃,可能还会影响到你减肥的效果,那么饭后多长时间运动才合适呢,如果你只是计划走路或散步之类的运动的话,饭后半个小时便可进行了,如果你想漫步跑或者跳减肥操这一类的中度的运动,要一个小时进行会更好一些,如果你想来一场篮球赛或足球赛这样高难度的运动的话,一定要安排在进餐后俩个小时才进行,不然都时伤害身体的,注意:饱腹运动不利健康,空腹运动同样不利健康。如果你处于饥饿的状态下吃一糖或巧克力之类的东西再去运动,对于喜欢早上空腹运动的人来说:我建议你还是吃点东西垫垫腹再说,这样更科学一些,要了解更多关于减肥内容,记得关注。
