这题意思是说啊，甲办事要10分钟，乙16分钟，丙8分钟。然后呢，如果先丙办事，甲乙两个人等8分钟；再甲办事，乙等10分钟；最后乙办事花费16分钟。那么大家等的时间最少。但是呢，不管是不是这个顺序，总时间永远是34分钟。
