2019年，我继续开展《2019年每月小结》活动。
才号召没多久，2019年的一月就结束了。
我的2019年目标不多，就两条。
一月份实现的如何呢？

目标本月实现下月改进
1.每天和一个不同的人沟通勉强实现每天找个人说话尝试针对人准备小主题
2.体脂减到20%体脂无改变下个月继续减碳水

具体一些：
一月份的沟通，我勉强做到的是开口。如何很好的沟通，还要思考。
虽然体脂还是在30%以上，可是每天的小运动，效果出奇的好，下个月继续！

生活脾气很烂改
