上周五，我从牛车水买了几根印尼海参。从周六开始，按照网上的指示开始浸泡。三天后，发了一倍大。
先放缩略图，把三天的照片放一起比较一下：
来自网上的秘籍：每次一定要用纯净水浸泡海参，每12个小时换一次水。
这是第一天海参的模样（为了做大小比较，我把盆内环作为固定大小的参照物标出）
第二天海参就发福了，每个变肥的速度还不一样，原本差不多大小的开始有了较大的差别。
第三天，也就是今天的模样。换水的时候摸着开始有点软软的了。
老实说，海参还真臭！一开始晚上我都放阳台上。后来，每次换水的时候洗一洗，现在的味道没那么臭了。
还要浸泡两天，耐心等待吧！

长的跟国产的和加拿大的不太一样，可能不是刺参。最近我也一直在发和吃，发好了还要煮的
