Dear Steemit friends, today I will introduce a special coffee shop where you can enjoy doing your own dishes.
親愛的Steemit朋友們，今天要帶大家來一家特別的咖啡廳，享受自己動手做餐點的樂趣。

Journey Kaffe is quite famous in Neihu. Especially the Students love to chat and sure the internet there.
One of the main reason is that they provide free wifi and equip with charging sockets by every seats. You don’t have to worry about battery runs out when you play game or watch movie online which most coffee shop won’t do the same thing. So sweet~
覺旅咖啡館在台北內湖地區頗享盛名，尤其是學生們很愛揪揪咧到那邊聊天上網。
其中一個主要原因是因為覺旅咖啡不但有免費的wifi，每個座位都有插座，完全不用怕上網玩遊戲或追劇會沒電。
這點可是大部份咖啡廳都做不到，超級佛心來的。

Once I want to find a coffee shop with free wifi and sockets as an moving office in order to meeting with clients so that I can show my design works on the internet.
It’s a big surprised that I find the interesting DIY kitchen at the coffee shop on sunshine road branch.
有一次因為想要物色一家有免費wifi和插座的咖啡廳當作跟客戶開會的行動辦公室，好方便我讓客戶看我放在網路上的設計作品，沒想到驚喜的發現覺旅咖啡館陽光店有個有趣的DIY創作廚房。

Today I invite my best friend to visit here since she also thinks it’s an interesting coffee shop she never heard.
So Journey Kaffe become the only choice for us to spend the afternoon away.
We meet at the station about Wende MRT and drive to the destination about 10 minutes.
The traffic is not too easy if you don’t have a car.
這次剛好約閨蜜出來聊聊近況，她也覺得這種形式的咖啡廳很新奇，
於是覺旅陽光店就成為我們這次喝咖啡聊是非的不二之選。
我們約在文德路捷運站碰面，再開車到目的地，大約還要開10分鐘左右。（交通真的有點不太方便耶～）

The coffee shop is not easy to find out because it is in the alley in the commercial building. There are parking spaces along the road and a private parking lot nearby.
覺旅陽光店隱身在小巷子裡面，附近都是商業大樓，有一點不好找。
咖啡廳外面整條路都是路邊停車格，附近還有個私人停車場。

Our appointments is at 2 pm on weekdays. I thought it would be east to find a parking space.
Unexpectedly, all the parking spaces are not available and the parking lot is full.
It took me more than 10 minutes to get to the parking space.
我們約的時間是平日下午2點，本來以為會很好停車，
沒想到竟然找不到車位，連停車場都停滿了！
結果足足繞了大約10分鐘，才等到車位。

We come here for DIY, but you can still order ready-made meals if you don’t want to do it yourself.
You can see sample of food and drinks from the window outside the shop. I like the idea.
雖然我們是為了DIY創作廚房才選擇來這裡，不過不想自己動手的客人，還是可以點現成的餐點，
從店外的櫥窗就可以看到餐點和飲料的樣品，是不是好貼心？

Here is the counter you can order your meal.
一進門，就可以看到點餐的櫃檯，不想當賢妻良母想當貴婦的，就直接在這裡享受現成的服務吧！

The open kitchen looks clean so that you can eat and feel relieved.
看起來清爽整潔的開放式廚房，用餐好安心～

The coffee shop has a lot of room and should be able to hold hundreds of people
I find an empty table soon.
咖啡廳的空間蠻大的，應該可以容納上百人。Teresa去的時候，很快就找到空的桌子了。

The style is industrial style without excessive decoration which is popular in Taiwan now.
The floor, tables and chairs are all wood, You can see the ceiling structure and light rail deliberately exposed, showing uninhibited attitude towards life.
裝潢風格是現在很流行的工業風，沒有過度的裝潢，地板和桌椅都以木質為主，
天花板可以看到刻意外露的結構和投射燈軌道，展現率性不羈的生活態度。

There are free wifiin the store. The password is attached to the wall. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the net.
Every seat has a charging socket nearby so that you don’t need to worry the battery is dead when you play games or watch movies on cellular phone.
It’s a perfect place where you can totally waste tine.
Oops! Actually It’s a perfect place to surf on the net and work hard.
店裡有免費的wifi，密碼就貼在牆上，歡迎大家自由享用。
每個座位附近都有插座，在這裏追劇或玩手遊都不怕沒電，提供一個完美的耍廢空間
欸～不是，是提供可以上網查資料做功課努力用功的地方。

There are a row of chars facing the large glass window. You can sit there watching the passers-by.
靠窗邊有一整排高腳椅的位子，面對大片玻璃窗，喜歡自然採光的人可以坐在這邊觀察來往的路人。

Here comes the main point
接下來就進入重頭戲了，鐺鐺鐺鐺～

When you come to the DIY kitchen, you need to decide what kind of dishes you want to do first.
來到覺旅創作廚房，第一件事情要決定的就是要自製什麼餐點囉～

Not only do your own dishes, you also pay money by yourself. It really test the human mature.
不只是餐點自己動手，連付費找錢都自己來，哇～ Teresa瞬間感受到人性的光輝在這裏大爆發裝可愛05-80.gif

我們選擇了製作Pizza、果汁和義式咖啡，付好錢就可以動手啦！（是要暗殺誰嗎？

It’s not a place only for people with good cooking skill.
You can make good dishes by following the instruction step by step even though you don’t know any about cooking.
It’s so good to show off in front of people you love here.
這裡可不是只有廚藝高超的小娘子才能樂在其中，
為了讓每個人都享受自己動手的樂趣，免於落入自取其辱的困境，（我是說我啦！無奈02-80.gif ）
每一個步驟都標示得很清楚，照著做就可以做出唬人的成品，超適合在心儀的人面前扮演賢妻良母或新好男人。

You can ask the staff if you still don’t know how to do.
看了說明還是不會做的人不要來問我喔，現場有工作人員可以問的啦！

Baking Pizza takes the most of time, so we decided to start with making Pizza.
Making crust is the most troublesome thing. It’s not so easy to roll the dough into round shape.
How good if my facial shape can be so easy to become oval.
烤Pizza最花時間，所以我們決定從製作Pizza開始。
擀麵皮是其中最麻煩的事，擀了半天的麵皮一直呈現橢圓狀，原來要把麵皮擀成圓型還真沒有想像中容易，
要是臉型也能那麼容易就變成橢圓形多好？

After we finish the dough, it’s time for the best part to put the materials on it.
There are three kind of sauces on the left row, which are white cream sauce、pesto and pasta sauce.
I put half with pesto, half with past sauce so that I can have two flavor in one pizza.
麵皮擀好了，接下來就是最過癮的環節，舖材料囉～
這麼多種類的料，看起來是不是很過癮？
最左邊一排是醬料，有奶油白醬、青醬、義大利麵醬，
三種醬的味道明顯不同，常吃義大利麵的捧油應該很清楚。
簡單形容，白醬的奶味比較重，青醬主要是羅勒葉的味道（類似九層塔），紅色義大利麵醬就是番茄的酸味。
調味就靠這些醬料了，所以口味比較重的人醬要放多一點。
我一半塗了青醬，一半塗了義大利麵醬。怎樣？姊就是貪心，硬是要叫一個Pizza吃到兩種口味。

You can put all the materials you like.
The materials they provide are all vegetable. It’s more healthy to eat vegetable than meat.
抹完醬料後就可以豪邁的將自己喜歡的料擺上去啦！
材料都是蔬菜類，所以做出來的Pizza口味會比較清爽一些，肉食動物要有心理準備，不然可能要自備一些培根絞肉之類。
（這樣會不會太搞缸？還是多吃些蔬菜比較健康啦！）

材料要放適量，不要想說放多一點可以撈本，小心舗太厚會烤不熟喔。

There are three kind of cheese which is the soul of good pizza.
覺旅提供了三種乳酪絲，想要有迷人牽絲的Pizza，乳酪當然是關鍵啦！喜歡cheese味道的就可以盡情鋪上足量的乳酪絲，不過還是不建議鋪過多，不然食物的原味都會被cheese味蓋掉了喔！

除了現成的乳酪絲之外，還可以當場刨新鮮的乳酪，雖然不知道到底有什麼不同，但是多了這個刨乳酪的動作，瞬間就覺得自己變成大廚。

It’s time to put it into oven.
完成了，可以送進烤箱囉～

The temperature of oven is preset.
烤箱的溫度已經設定好了，直接放進去烤就可以了

Normally you need to bake the pizza about eight to eleven minutes. If you put the materials very thick, you can bake the pizza longer.
You can setup a time meter to make sure you won’t bake the pizza too long.
一般放上層烤個8~11分鐘就可以了，如果料放得很厚很多，就要放下層烤久一點，不然會烤不熟喔！
烤箱是一直都開著的，所以自己要計算放進去之後多久要取出來。
旁邊有準備一些計時器，記得要拿一個設定一下，不要烤過頭了喔！
