Simple and delicious seafood spaghetti! 简单又美味的海鲜意大利面！

It was Sunday yesterday, and it was very late to get home after running outside a whole day. Think of what I can cook in the family , just a simple one and convenient to cook , I had an idea . There are some Italian noodles which I bought some days ago , then I’d like to make seafood spaghetti. It's simple and delicious, now I want to share it with you , my dear friends.

Ingredients:
spaghetti
Shrimp meat
Onion
Pepper
Red Wine
Black pepper
Olive oil
salt
soy sauce

Methods:

onion, pepper cut into filaments , ready to use.

shrimp ,grape wine, black pepper, clear sauce marinated for a while.

boil the water and cook the spaghetti for about 7or 8 minutes.

pan, put olive oil, heating. Add onion, chili fried

add marinated shrimp and stir fry

add spaghetti , stir fry, add a little sauce, salt seasoning, out of the pot. oh, my god , because it is dark, so the photo is a little dark ,not so good .

I put some lettuce under the plate, so there are vegetables, nice and delicious.

It tastes great. It's convenient, quick, simple and delicious. Then eat more fruit after dinner. After a tiring day, enjoy the perfect dinner, then the whole day's fatigue was gone! Life is great and wonderful !

昨天是周日，在外面跑了一天， 回到家已经很晚了。想着家里的材料能做什么好吃的呢？ 还是简单点的吧，家里有刚买的意大利面，于是有了好主意，那就做海鲜意大利面吧， 简单又好吃，正好冰箱里还有虾仁。

于是迅速搞定， 现在就跟大家分享一下我的美食吧！

材料：
意大利面
虾仁
圆葱
辣椒
红葡萄酒
黑胡椒粉
橄榄油
盐
清酱
做法：
1． 圆葱，辣椒 切成细丝备用。
2． 虾仁用葡萄酒，黑胡椒粉，清酱腌制一会儿。
3． 开水下锅，把意大利面煮熟，大约7.8分钟的时间。
4． 煮好的意大利面条过水，投凉。
5． 炒锅放橄榄油，加热。放入圆葱，辣椒丝炒
6． 放入腌制好的虾仁炒
7． 放入意大利面条，翻炒，加点清酱，盐调味，出锅。由于天黑，光线不足，炒出来的面卖相不太好看呀，不过一 点不影响味道，有点小遗憾呀！
8． 盘子底下我放了点西生菜，这样有蔬菜，营养又好吃。
味道真是不错呀，方便，快捷，简单又美味，吃完再吃点水果。 虽然跑了一天很累， 但是享用完美味之后，一天的疲劳顿时都没啦！生活还是么么哒！
