Friends together , cooking fish in the pan ! 朋友小聚，铁锅炖鱼！

I heard Mr Wang stew fish in the iron pan is very delicious, My friends and I decided to taste the dish on Saturday afternoon . Mr Wang has opened a number of chain stores in the city. The business is very good and the lots of people come here everyday ! Now I want to share it with you .

听说王老六铁锅炖鱼很好吃， 便和朋友约定小聚一下， 去吃王老六铁锅炖鱼。 这家在市内已经开了多家连锁店，生意很好， 买卖兴隆啊！今天跟大家分享一下。

We went to the restaurant at four in the afternoon, it is not the time for eating , so not many people here . The room is clean and very distinctive. Red lanterns, red brick walls with many decorations, iron pot, a little like a farm restaurant.

我们去的时候是下午的4点多钟， 还没到饭点， 人还不是很多。 店里很干净， 而且非常有特色。红灯笼，红砖墙，铁锅，很有农家饭庄的味道。

We made 1.5 kilos of fish, I call it a variegated carp. After a while, the fish came up. The big fish is cut into sections and the small ones are whole. A set of fish with lots of side dishes. The boss put some vegetables on the fish, such as potatoes, eggplants, cabbages, wide powders, pork, and so on . The whole is well served and the seasoning is soy sauce, salt, sugar, and a good mixture. Ignite the fire, and then began to paste pancakes, corn cakes look very sweet. The Master’s skill is so perfect that the small pancakes paste are very nice.

我们定了2斤鱼， 我管它叫胖头鱼。一会儿， 鱼就上来了。大鱼切成了段， 小的是整条。一套鱼， 里面有很多配菜。锅底老板放的是土豆，茄子， 鱼 ，还有大白菜，宽粉，五花肉。整个都配好后，放调料，就是酱油， 盐，糖，调和好的。点火，然后开始贴饼子，玉米面饼子，看着就很香甜。师傅的手法很棒， 小饼子贴的非常漂亮。

After pasting the pancake well, cover the lid for about 15 minutes , the iron pot fish is cooked, this is the case! Fish taste very fresh and the meat in the pot is very delicious . The food taste particularly tasty.

饼子贴好后，盖锅盖， 大约15分钟后，铁锅炖鱼就好了。 瞧，是这样的！鱼的味道非常鲜嫩，有五花肉在里面， 所以菜的味道特别香。

We were eating the fish when we were chatting together. It is good to sit around the iron pot and experience the fish, meat , potatoes, vegetables and so on .There are sorts of delicious vegetables, really delicious and memorable.

I believe this kind of iron pot is not only available in Dalian, but also you can see it in other places. The price in the restaurant is not expensive .We working class can afford it .
大家一边聊天，一边吃着铁锅炖鱼，围在一起，好不热闹。这道菜的好处就是大家围着铁锅，热火朝天，吃着鱼，肉， 里面还有各样好吃的蔬菜，真是荤素搭配，好吃难忘。

相信这种铁锅不仅仅大连有， 其他地方也都有。大连的这家好吃不贵， 工薪阶层还是能消费的起的。

So if you are free, go to taste the iron pot fish . Of course , if you have more time , you can cook it by yourself . maybe next time the dish in my private kitchen is this one . spicy and tasty , enjoy yourselves !
