Nostalgic street snacks -- Fried White Radish cake almost disappeared in Hong Kong for such a long period of time. The most important part of this snack is fresh, crispy, not greasy and fried until golden yellow when those radish inside to be sweet and astringent taste, with spiced powder flavor.

懷舊街頭小食炸油糍幾乎絕迹香港。一個好吃的油糍，最重要是新鮮即炸，炸漿薄、香脆、不油膩，炸至金黃色，內裏的蘿蔔絲要爽甜無澀味，帶五香粉味。
