This is a classic story which happens around us a lot. However you failed to describe the alternatives that if at
23 years old .... Save 30% of income + smart investments
26 years old .... buy first property from investment gains and rents out
28 years old ... quits job as already owns 5 properties and earning passive income
32 years old ... start liquidating properties and cashing in on profits and then focus on other high yield investments
three years later ..... financially free and found steemit to blog
.... make the money love you and not you love money . :D there is always choices on how we live our lives ... what's yours ?
