中国美食之——口水鸡||Chinese Food :Steamed Chicken with Chili Sauce
口水鸡是中国四川传统特色菜肴,属于川菜系中的凉菜,佐料丰富,集麻辣鲜香嫩爽于一身。

制作步骤:

1、鸡腿洗净入锅焯水,水开后捞出用凉水冲洗干净。

2、另起一锅放入洗净的鸡腿,加葱姜蒜料酒和凉水煮至鸡肉熟透。

3、将鸡腿捞出放入冰水里,留鸡汤备用。

7、鸡汤加适量盐加热,倒入煮好的面中,配煮好的青菜叶和葱花,鸡汤面完成。
