Chinese company Cheetah Mobile launches SafeWallet crypto
Representatives of the Chinese Internet company Cheetah Mobile, whose applications are used by over 600 million users, reported the launch of a multi-currency cryptohelp with support for bitcoin and Ethereum.
As indicated on the company's website, a new application called SafeWallet is still available only for smartphones running OC Android. As noted by the developers, the application is equipped with a "multi-level security system", as well as an optimized system for calculating transaction commissions.
"The application allows users to easily and safely send and receive assets, create and manage different wallets, and import wallets of various formats," the company's representatives note.
Another innovative feature of SafeWallet is the solution called "safe keyboard", which provides protection from keyloggers and data leaks.
According to the company's representatives, the version of SafeWallet for iOS will soon appear, as well as support for various crypto-currencies and tokens of the ERC20 standard.
It is noteworthy that the release of the SafeWallet cryptichelp took place only two weeks after the Chinese authorities announced their intention to start fighting against "crypto-exchange-like" platforms, including various online platforms and mobile applications.
