水满则溢，人满则退

我前日出去办事，回来时经过某地时，想起来之前有个朋友在附近，就顺路去看了下他。
见面之后，自然少不了一些寒暄，大家喝茶吹水，聊的也是挺开心。我这个朋友其实什么都好，但是有一点我认为很不好，就是做事总是先入为主，甚至有些自以为是。
比如你跟他讲某件事情，他可能先前没有接触过，一般人碰到这种情况，多数都是很少开口，如果有兴趣的话，自然会表现出来并耐心去听。而我这位朋友却不是，他有个习惯，就是无论了解或者不了解，都喜欢发表下自己的看法，如果是一般的八卦娱乐等，自然没有问题，反正大家都是娱乐嘛，但如果涉及到一些关键事情，你若在不知道的情况下，发表自己的看法，万一出现离题万里，牛头不对马嘴，就闹出笑话来了。
我这位朋友还有个不太好的习惯，就是总喜欢先入为主。他一旦认定的事情，你很难再跟他讲，或者说，他认定的东西，旁人轻易是很难改变他的看法的。
但问题来了，很多时候我们都会发现，尤其是对人的看法，虽说江山易改本性难移，但这话我认为对人，其实不完全对，或者有时候可能就是错误的。看待一个人，要以发展的眼光去看，有些事物也是如此，如果我们一开始就认定了一个结果，那么你脑子里自然就形成了一种固定思维，怀着这种固定的思维再去做任何事情，你首先的反应不是去适应或学习，而是想极力地陷找观点或其它否定事物，这样势必会阻碍你对事物，尤其是对人的看法。
生活中，我们会发现类似我这位朋友想法的人，其实不在少数。多数人可能不会像那样明显表现，但很多时候，我们在置身事物中，尤其是我们自认为擅长的一方面，在其以前固有的思维或光环下，你会片面地认为这样或那样，有时候甚至还会非常自负，这是非常要不得。
做人有时候就像装水，不能太满，否则容易溢出，容易自满，当然，更重要的是，当你自满的时候，你就很难再听进去其它意见了。

对的。要以发展的眼光看事物，而不要先入为主
思维固化，我发觉我有时候也会这样，之前都呆在一个圈子里，对新事物缺少敏感
要是这样，就该试着跳出这个圈子看下了
