我曾经也花过很多时间折腾在win7 安装steem python ，但最终还是失败告终了，还是转到ubuntu 。
你这个错误我好像没见过哈， 可能方法不一样。
在win上安装steem python 有很多坑的，其中一个是scrypt，我遇到的也是这个坑，以下引用可能就是原因了把：
Unfortunately installing steem-python on Windows is incredibly hard because it requires Python 3.6. The problem with this is that steem-python requires another package called scrypt, and this package is only available in a pre-compiled form for Windows when using Python 3.5 or below. This means that scrypt is near impossible to install on Windows when using Python 3.6.
这么说来，还是别折腾了，乖乖待在ubuntu
我就从来没考虑过在Windows上使用Python，也建议你还回到Ubuntu上吧
