Zi-Char in Temple 星安廟大排档

庙宇如果没有任何活动如酬神，那空出来的空间有什么可善用的机会呢？

If there is not having any temple event and festival, what could those empty space in temple best being used for ?

 

吉隆坡郊外的这家星安廟就给了一个不错的点子，就是在庙内办大排档。

This temple which located outskirt of Kuala Lumpur- Xing An Temple, has suggested a creative way - to have a Zi Char Restaurant in it.

 

位于无拉港Balakong的星安廟，@auleo以前并没听闻，只不过以前看了报章报导，觉得这样的组合好像比较少看过，就抱着试一试的心态，跟家人去试试味道。

Located in Balakong, this temple @auleo never heard before I read newspaper article about the food stall. I find it pretty creative to combine temple and Zi Char this way. Out of curiosity, me and family decided to give it a try.

反而庙宇就在一旁，@auleo以前因为来到的时间都是晚上了，就没参观，这一次则由于配合亲戚，吃饭时间较早就乘机会到庙内看看。

Normally the time I reached were already night time, thus never visit the temple next to it. But due to dinner with relatives, thus this time having chance to visit this restaurant slight earlier and visit the temple.

一旁是新马一带独有的神灵，叫拿督公，祭拜的其实都是本地的土地公（也就是马来人）

Beside the temple is Datuk Gong, whom is special god in Southeast Asia

周五的这晚，都有7成满桌率，都不错

Today were friday but having 70% occupancy , business quite good ya.

 

他们的招牌菜是这一道潮州卤猪手

Their signature is this Teo Chew Braised Pork Leg

另一道招牌-四棱豆炒莲藕

Another signature -Winged Beans with Fried Lotus

 

招牌豆腐：Signature Toufu

冬菇鱼鳔：Mushroom Fish Maw

庙宇的一旁还有茶座，不过当天没开，从外往内看，里面还蛮精致的，可以考虑去那喝喝下午茶。

There is also a cafe next to the temple, but the time @auleo went it was closed. Inside the cafe is quite cosy, can consider to have an evening tea.

他们的墙上还贴满了报馆有关他们餐馆的文章，看日期好像有点久远，看来多年屹立不倒是有道理的。价格不贵，味道也好。

There were many newspaper article about them pasted all over the walls and pillars, dated quite some time ago. Looks reasonable for them to have good business for this long as their price is not high and good in taste.

有经过那里的朋友，可以来试试咯。
