准备食材
1️⃣吐司2片
2️⃣鸡蛋3个 牛奶1盒
3️⃣火腿几片
4️⃣芝士片2片
沙拉酱/番茄酱可加可不加

🍳做法🍳

1️⃣鸡蛋2个+50ml牛奶+少许盐打散搅匀，锅内倒入少许橄榄油，全程小火煎出厚厚嫩嫩的蛋饼这样的鸡蛋做出来特别软嫩湿润！

2️⃣煎火腿片，利用锅里煎完蛋的油就可以了，不煎也没问题！

3️⃣煎吐司 鸡蛋1个+100ml牛奶🍼打散搅匀，把吐司切掉边以后放进蛋液里，正反面，四个边，都蘸饱蛋奶液。锅里放入少许橄榄油，小火煎至两面金黄就可以了

4️⃣吐司1片，依次放上芝士片+火腿+厚蛋烧+芝士片，最后盖上另一片吐司，可以根据个人口味在里面加入沙拉酱或番茄酱，然后再用保鲜膜裹起来就大功告成啦

💓💓💓是不是超级简单，我觉得这个完全可以做成无油的，也能很好吃。我里面加了一点点沙拉酱，搭配厚厚的蛋吃起来一口下去可以爆浆，早上吃这个真的太满足了😌你们一定要试试做好了来不及吃可以直接带出门的很方便
