Hellow foodies this is your Mursaleen from Kashmir, i hope that you all are doing well, enjoying you are happy and healthy life. Today i am going to share another interesting day with my meals .
So now lets start with todays dairy game.
My Morning breakfast 🍇
Today for the morning breakfast i had some grapes as it is good for health and Grapes are most notable are their high level of vitamin c and vitamin k. Green grapes also contain vitamin B 6 potassium.

Afternoon🍣🍴
In afternoon i eat fish and mix with vegetables it was very yummy and fish is good source of high quality protine, vitamin D and omega 3 fatty acids.

Evening 🍖
In evening, my sister cooked my favorite dinner kabab, tabak maz and methi maz. It was very yummy and i enjoying eating.
