Know Thyself!

Know Thyself is a Greek axiom that was proposed by Socrates. It's a call for individuals to study and know their fundamental self.
Everybody is either introverted or extroverted. By now you should have known which of these personalities you have, the benefits associated with each, as well as the difficulties individuals with either face. But if you seem not to know if you are introverted or extroverted, you need not worry as I'm going to outline completely the peculiarities of each of these traits, so by the time you are done reading this article, you will have known your personality.

Introversion

An introvert is someone who is comfortable at focusing at their own mind, inner thoughts, feelings, and affairs; spend most of their time in solitude or in non social situation.
Introverts would rather sit at a corner with their book or pet than go to a party.Not that introverts do not engage in social activities at all, no, but they are more inclined organically to avoid or engage in less social activities as it seem to drain them.

One of the huge benefits of being introverted is that the are highly individual: they do not follow the crowd. They are unique. They do their things their own way. They do not need people's validation. They have their own path to life. They are not easily swayed by friends and peer pressure. What more can greater than having such kind of big character?
Introverts are introspective, they can dig deep into their emotions to trace the triggers of negative thoughts. They can reflect well to find the individual cause of their problem within them, and they can express this huge skill in the world for problem solving because they know how to narrow down something to a singular cause. This make them highly intelligent people.
Other characters of introverts are:
1.They are self aware

1. Do not like group work
2. Prefer writing to talking
3. Think a lot, imagine a lot, and have a flair for critical thinking which can be used for problem solving
4. Have few but close friends

Introversion comes with it its challenges, for example, if you employ an introverted person to become a receptionist or to become a public worker, they will have a hard time adjusting their personality to their work, even though the adjustment is possible but difficult, they would rather take up works that corresponds to their personality. And elite organisations demand for their employees' personality traits to know the sector they would fix them for maximum performance.

Extroversion/Extraversion

If an individual is high in extraversion, they are outgoing, sociable, socially confident, and action-oriented. If you want to identify someone who is extroverted in a group of people, watch for the individuals that are conspicuous, they like to be in the public eye, they love to be the center of attention.
Extroverted people are at polarity with introverts-they are the direct opposite of everything that introverts are-unlike introverts, they focus their attention in the external world, they prefer going out for parties than staying home to read...

A lot other characteristics of extraversion are:

1. Assertiveness: someone who confidently says what he wants or thinks
2. Friendly
3. Happy: it doesn't mean at all that introverts are unhappy people.
4. High Energy, etc.

There is a set of people who seem to be on the borderline of introversion and extroversion, ambiversion is a term used to describe that. They are simply introverted people who have socialized themselves a lot to learn most of the behaviours of extroverts, so that it's difficult to pin them to either of the two personality, and vice versa.

Conclusion
People who have too wide apart personality shouldn't marry, like someone who is too introverted should not marry someone who is too extroverted because they will constantly argue about how many social activities each person should engage in. If you have the knowledge of personality, as well as know yours you avert so many things.
