SIZZLING HOT...NOT ME?

Blessed Sunday everyone! I had these pictures to share taken yesterday, having no work at weekends but a lot of home chores.

After the Dawnwatch prayer at Zoom platform, I am used to go to my garden in front of the house. It is a rocky garden, the soil is bought from a supplier for the sake that I can grow common vegies that make me happy watching them grow. These red hot chili Kulikot in our Visayan dialect had fascinated me always, that every time a neighbor passes by, I can give a handful of them. Every time I go to the market, I buy a small pack of these chili at 5 pesos for 6 pieces only. So I tried seeding until they grow like today.

Obviously, my vegies are starved with enough nutrients and water, especially of consistent high temperature for the past months of summer. I seldom watered them due to lack of time for work, to go early and to come home late. Yet, they strive not to fail me to give a little harvest which is a savings on my part, most importantly of feeling happy watching them in my vacant time.

Using a pair of scissors, I harvested them and place in a dining a bowl.

Removing their green stalks and placed them in a big empty bottle of catsup. They can be incorporated with sliced ginger, garlic and other spices but I decided for the next time soon, being lazy because of more home chores on que.

Finally filled with a natural vinegar from coconut juice tuba, to fit in with the newly bought salted fish or Ginamos.

Everybody in the house loves spicy, natural vinegar. We may be spicy and hot but not daring at all. Thank you Steemians.
